I chose this hotel for a brainstorming session and it was the ideal choice for business meetings and social events. The facilities were perfect for our needs and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration and ambiance of the resort. The attention to detail in the design and the luxurious furnishings made me feel like I was truly on a relaxing vacation. The general areas, such as the lobby and restaurants, were spacious and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The resort was also very well maintained and clean, which gave me peace of mind knowing that I was staying in a safe and comfortable environment.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and accommodating. Sometimes it seemed like the children working there were not as knowledgeable or helpful as I would have liked.

The Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and Spa is a fantastic destination for families with children. The hotel offers an imaginative playground with both indoor and outdoor adventures, as well as programmed activities and junior culinary classes, ensuring that kids are entertained in a safe and fun environment. Additionally, the exclusive Camp Hyatt provides a paradise for children to explore and enjoy. Other amenities such as golfing onsite, free water park access, and a roundtrip airport shuttle add to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered more recreational activities specifically catered to family bonding time, such as a family pool area or organized family games and competitions.

The hotel was beautiful with well-maintained gardens and multiple pool areas. The private beach was a nice touch even though swimming was not allowed. The staff was welcoming and friendly, providing a helpful atmosphere.

The food and drinks were overpriced for the quality, leading to poor value. The housekeeping and services were inconsistent, including poor monitoring of children in certain areas.

This hotel offered an incredibly luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a stunning outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and beautiful garden area. The spa and wellness centre provided amazing body scrubs and massages, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. The staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the limited options on the special diet menu. However, the restaurant had a wonderful poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area for other food and drink choices.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Sanya and had an amazing time. The value for money was unbeatable compared to other destinations in the region. The resort had a perfect balance for both relaxation and family-friendly activities. The pools were spacious and never felt crowded, and the kids club was clean and well-organized, providing endless fun for our young children. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had, and the lunch options at the Poolside Grill were always delicious. The gym had top-quality equipment, and the grounds were immaculate, creating a true tropical paradise. The manager of the Club Lounge, Ruby, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Despite a few minor drawbacks like limited food options in the Grand Club and strict rules at the beach, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation experience.

This hotel is located next to a lovely, gorgeous beach with fine, golden sand, making it an ideal location for beach lovers. There is also a nearby mall with plenty of restaurant options to choose from, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. The rooms are large and spacious, with a walk-in closet and sitting area. There is also a large soaking tub and separate shower in the bathroom.

The playroom for kids is nice, but can be costly, and requires at least one parent to stay with the child.
